In the apps we provide, we may use Google AdMob for advertising distribution and Google Firebase Analytics for usage analysis. We obtain advertising IDs for advertising distribution purposes, but we do not use them to identify individuals. 2.2 Collection of Personal Information when Receiving Inquiries and Feedback

• 2.2.1 We may collect personal information such as the email address of the sender and information that identifies the device (User Support ID) when we receive inquiries and feedback.

3.Purpose of Use

We will use the information collected in 2.2 for the purpose of responding to inquiries. Additionally, we will use the information collected in 2.2 for the purpose of improving the quality of the App.

4.Management of Personal Information

We will manage customer's personal information strictly and take safety measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, damage, alteration, and leakage of personal information, in order to maintain the accuracy and the latest state of personal information.

5.Prohibition of Disclosure and Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

We will appropriately manage the personal information entrusted to us by customers and will not disclose personal information to third parties, except in the following cases.
• When there is consent from the customer.
• When disclosure is necessary based on laws and regulations.

6.Compliance with Laws and Regulations and Review

We will comply with Japanese laws and regulations and other norms applicable to personal information we hold, and we will review and make efforts to improve the contents of this policy as appropriate.

We do not guarantee that this application will meet the user's specific purposes, have the expected functionality, commercial value, accuracy, usefulness, or be free from defects. We may change the specifications of the application at our convenience. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users, such as the termination, modification, or unavailability of the application, the loss of data or malfunction/damage of the machine caused by the use of the application, or any other damages suffered by the user in connection with this application.
